CHINA
 AARC China has a team of qualified staff who are able to assist clients to validate the legitimacy of ownership of exploration and mining leases.
This is an extremely important issue for foreign companies entering, not only China, but many Asian countries, to ensure they and/or their partners have legally binding and government recognized ownership of leases before expending substantial funds on any exploration or development work.
Our staff can assist clients to understand the regulations for exploring for mineral resources in China using the block system and the regulations for registering to mine mineral resources once discovered.
They can also advise clients on the regulations for transferring exploration and mining rights, as well as the procedures for the submission of bids, auctions and listings of exploration and mining rights.
AARC can assist clients to apply for, or can apply on a client's behalf for Greenfield exploration permits, or their transfer, and can help in the process of converting those permits to a mining lease if required.
